This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the driverDOC Services and/or other offerings provided or made available by driverDOC (collectively, “Offerings”). The AUP forms part of the driverDOC Sites & Services Terms and Conditions, or equivalent terms governing use for the applicable Offerings (“Agreement”), and any capitalized terms not defined here are as defined in the Agreement.

driverDOC reserves the right to undertake reasonable action if use of an Offering is not in conformance with the allowances and amounts subscribed to in a fee-based Offering, or use materially interrupts or compromises the normal operation, security, or integrity of the Offering.  In such cases, driverDOC may charge additional fees (including fees for additional driverDOC Pulse Platform service usage beyond purchased subscription plan allowances), or even prevent or restrict use of an Offering in certain rare circumstances.

We may update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will post an updated version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above, unless another type of policy is required by applicable law. By continuing to use our Websites after we update this Policy, you are confirming that you have read and understood the latest version of this Policy.
